Indigenous Business Services Pty Ltd (IBS) is a company, whose primary aim is to provide experienced management and strategic planning to organisations, communities and Government bodies, when working with indigenous people. We focus on “Best Practice”, building a climate to encourage public and private investment, aiming fundamentally for the very best outcome for our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Our vision is to focus on adding value to strategic and complex projects, whilst providing Indigenous Community and Land Councils with professional corporate advice and a fundamental committment to ensuring the most advantaged Cultural, Social, Environmental and Economic outcomes on behalf of our clients.

IBS advise and assist with the development of professional business plans, incorporating amongst other things, portfolio analysis, cash flow modelling, investment & and disposal plans. IBS has the skills and resources available to ensure individual LALC business plans are customised to reflect the unique operation, desires and visions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait communities.
