We conduct a land portfolio review to identify opportunities for further development, disposal or retention. Following a portfolio review, IBS can move to a complete, LALC Business Plan.

IBS project manage specific assets through a Project Delivery phase or where an approval already exist through a Project Management agreement.

IBS manage all external resources and negotiate all external contracts and consultants.

We do not directly acquire or fund the purchase of assets. IBS will broker and assist with funding on a fee for service basis. If required, IBS can assist with securing a joint venture partner to fund the necessary expenditure to undertake development.
